Mike and his family decided to go the East for their vacation last summer. After searching through a list of prospective places in South and South East Asia, they zeroed in upon the beautiful Thai island of Koh Samui. Tourism is the dominant industry in this island, the third largest in Thailand, and it also possesses a stable, high speed internet network. The hospitality in Koh Samui hotels is something extra ordinary, or so Mike says. Mike said that the view of Chaweng beach Samui from the plane when they landed and took off from the airport was quite breath taking. Chaweng is located in the north eastern part, and is very popular with tourists. There are lots of things to do in Koh Samui- view architecture, take a ride in marine parks, enjoy the mountainlife. Holidaying in the country across the Channel is something Englishmen do quite often. France travel becomes a second habit, because of the sheer number of things that one can do in a country which is a just an hour away. Many people prefer to stay in the Gites in France. Costa Rica wasn’t a place I had thought of as a possible vacation place but after listening to my friend Sean’s talk the day before, it is now next on my list of places to visit. The talk should have been titled ” Costa Rica adventures” for that was all Sean talked about. 25% of the country is covered by forests and lush greenery and the variety of biodiversity found there needs to be seen to be believed. With only 0.1% of the world’s landmass, the country is host to 5% of the world’s biodiversity, and many exotic animals and birds inhabit in the forests. That is a pretty staggering fact, isn’t it ? Plus there are loads of other things to do on Costa Rica vacations, like rafting, kayaking, mountain climbing and scuba diving to name a few. There are few places that can completely rejuvenate you as Costa Rica can. My friend, for one, definitely looks as if he has been given a new body. So what are you waiting for ?
